Niki's band is busy practicing, but Tingo just wants to take a few pictures of them with his camera. Each photo interrupts the rehearsal, much to everyone's annoyance. But when Niki receives a phone call asking if the band is free to play that evening, Tingo comes to the rescue by providing them with a photo of the group for the concert poster!#110: Just Say It, Jake
While babysitting for Niki's cousin Jake, Tingo decides to teach him some words for the parts of the face. Jake seems to understand but then confuses everything he's learned, causing Tingo a great deal of frustration. When Niki arrives back home, she asks Jake to say the words that she has taught him - the same ones that Tingo tried! Much to Tingo's dismay, Jake performs perfectly for Niki. #111: A Zoo for Jenny
Niki is assembling a “zoo” of stuffed animals for her little cousin Jenny. When Tingo overhears Niki say to herself that she needs to find a few more animals to make the zoo complete, Tingo goes in search of the real things! #112: Tingo Hears a Noise
Tingo wakes up several times in the middle of the night because he hears a scary, strange noise in his room. Niki tries to comfort Tingo by bringing him several of her stuffed animals that can protect him and keep him company. Finally, Tingo discovers that it was his tail making the noise all along! #113: Push Me, Pull Me
It's cleaning day! Niki and Tingo try to move Tingo's trunk, but it just won't budge. Tingo suddenly remembers that there is an elephant living in it -- perhaps that's why it's so heavy! Tingo finally cleans out the trunk, emptying its contents into the living room...and making a huge mess! #114: Where Is It?
As “Tingo the Great,” Tingo practices some magic tricks in front of Niki. He hides a ball under a series of cups and a toy pig under his hat -- both of which are found quite easily by Niki. In the end, Tingo is actually more amused by his own tricks than his audience is! #115: The Fugitive
Frank, the zookeeper, is looking for a big gorilla that escaped from the zoo. Tingo and Frank search Niki's house and finally spot the gorilla -- rehearsing with Niki's band! Frank and the gorilla leave together for the zoo. Later, the gorilla comes back to the house in search of Frank, who has disappeared -- and is now playing with the band himself! #116: Yes, I Can
While having a picnic in the backyard, Tingo, Niki and Niki's little cousin Jenny are on the lookout for a rare red and yellow bird. Having tried unsuccessfully to help Tingo set up for the picnic, Jenny is sad and discouraged. However, she finds that she does succeed at one thing after all -- finding and taking a picture of the red and yellow bird! |
